Think he just said at the first that they have just asked a Court to let them publish the Warrant since Mouthy McFats has already talked about it?

Yeah... they filed a motion to unseal the search warrant.

lol, they prolly figured early on that Donnie couldn't keep his trap shut.

AND he confirmed that a Grand Jury has previously issued a subpoena for the docs they went in after.

Of course, the warrant itself may be brief and not include the charges.

From the motion to unseal:

"Although the government initially asked, and this Court agreed, to file the warrant and Attachments A and B under seal, releasing those documents at this time would not "impair court functions," including the government's ability to execute the warrant, given that the warrant has already been executed....

Furthermore, on the day that the search was executed, former President Trump issued a public statement that provided the first public confirmation that the search had occurred. Subsequently, the former President's representatives have given additional statements to the press concerning the search, including public characterizations of the materials sought....

As such, the occurrence of the search and indications of the subject matter involved are already public."

Yeah, apparently the actual charges will remained sealed, but they say the outline in the warrant should be informative.

Also Trump will have a chance to have his lawyer rap an objection to the release before the court.

Of course, if Trump objects he looks even more guilty.

Dotard said on troof soshul that he'll allow the documents to be released so that means today his lawyers will block the release of the documents in court.

The very fact that we are here right now is proof in fact that he is unfit to be president.

He's a criminal and should have never been put in a position to inflict so much damage on our country.

I read the search warrant.

It reads like something out of a movie.

Trump was covering up his crimes and planning to commit more with what he had stolen.

No it's reality. The warrant ticks all the boxes. That's all it's required to do.

The questions are who, what, when, where, why. That's in the underlying evidence. The affidavit. You're not likely to see that.

Unfortunately Republicans will tolerate just about anything so long as they get a racist president.
