The boy's father allegedly accidentally shot him while he "had been showing him the weapon," police said.

Tots and pears. This guy was training a new generation of gun nutz.

What could go wrong?

I bet the son rejects firearms training at the local gun range in the near future.

Little nick never hurt anyone. Don't think of it as just another gun eff-up. Think of it as a rite of passage. You're welcome.

So, this is obviously illegal and he needs to be prosecuted, right?

Because that is what conservatives kept saying about Baldwin's situation.

How is this any different (other than the fact that this guy was lucky enough not to kill his kid)?

I know the difference... Baldwin is a liberal and this guy sounds like a conservative. And conservatives are above the law, while liberals are supposed to be prosecuted under laws that don't exist.
