More from the article...

...U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks said in a sharply worded ruling on Thursday that Trump's lawsuit, filed in March, contained "glaring structural deficiencies" and that many of the "characterizations of events are implausible."

He dismissed the idea that Trump had sued to correct an actual legal harm, saying that "instead, he is seeking to flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him, and this Court is not the appropriate forum."

The lawsuit had named as defendants Clinton and some of her top advisers, as well as former FBI Director James Comey and other FBI officials involved in the investigation into whether Trump's 2016 presidential campaign had coordinated with Russia to sway the outcome of the election....

From the article:

Trump "is not attempting to seek redress for any legal harm," Middlebrooks said. "(I)nstead, he is seeking to flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him, and this Court is not the appropriate forum."

According to the judge:

Trump "is not attempting to seek redress for any legal harm," Middlebrooks said. "(I)nstead, he is seeking to flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him, and this Court is not the appropriate forum."

"What (Trump's lawsuit) lacks in substance and legal support it seeks to substitute with length, hyperbole, and the settling of scores and grievances," Middlebrooks, a Bill Clinton appointee, wrote.

Length, hyperbole and a victim mentality? It's a Trumper trifecta.

Trump's and idiot. He left the White House with millions of devoted followers.

He could have set up his daughter for politics. Started a new reality television show to star in. Created his own Rightwing conspiracy theory driven radio program like Limbaugh. Basked in the admiration of his brain dead followers for the rest of his life.

But instead he squandered it all, like a spoiled brat.

In the end. Thatywho Trump is. A narcissistic, petulant, child.

The judge explicitly retained jurisdiction to impose sanctions, which is pretty cool.

It seems Trump had pegged Judge Loose Cannon from the get-go:

Peter Strzok
@petestrzok

Trump's lawsuit against me and many others just dismissed. The Court had some things to say. . . .

A final note, a reminder how hard Trump tried to get this failed lawsuit in front of Judge Cannon.

I'll give it to Trump: he never gets tired of losing. I guess he feels as if he is winning as long as he is playing the game. With MAGAs continuing to contribute to his various grifts and the snails pace of the judicial system, he can string things out for a very long time.

Talk about losing, one wonders if Der Dotard lost the invoices from his legal counsel ...
