Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Saturday, September 17, 2022

In March 2016, as the GOP field was narrowing down to Mr. Trump and Senator Cruz, a Pew Research Center survey found Mr. Trump trailing by 16 points among white evangelical voters who attended church weekly, but leading by 19 points among those who do not. Subsequent research has concluded that most frequent Church goers were HALF as likely to support Mr. Trump as were the least frequent attenders. And by least frequent attenders they mean ones who don't attend at all.

Who did that? We wore masks, kept our distance, still managed to have drinks with friends on the deck.

Agree, lockdowns destroyed communities in general.

" most frequent Church goers were HALF as likely to support Mr. Trump as were the least frequent attenders. And by least frequent attenders they mean ones who don't attend at all."

This is been true all along; the "religious" nutjobs have always been less likely to be involved in a church because most churches wouldn't put up with them.

And because they aren't actually religious, just fanatics.

People who lived in new york.

There were even people who adopted pets just so they could go outside.

In the summer 2020 we still managed to have family get togethers and our requirement was masking. Anyone who would not do so was told to stay home. 95% agreed and wore masks.

In 2021 we had our family get togethers but our requirement was you had to be vaccinated. Again only the feral trumpers didn't attend. A win-win.

People adopted pets because they were bored.

No one needed a reason to go outside. I spent the entire summer 2020 outside regardless of whether I had my dogs with me or not.

Thank you legally I'm glad to see you're sticking with the topic.

Yes I noticed it wasn't a recent article there was a recent article on CNN that Drew attention to it.

I also don't see any evidence that Trump supporters have grown more religious.
