If the Governor of Florida does it, it's not a crime.

Brandon lets another criminal go unpunished. So much winning.

These are much better arguments than the human trafficking allegations that were initially thrown around. Deceptive restraint and fraud appear to be real issues here.

Since joe had no problem with shipping the ILLEGALS to many states on overnight flights, either joe has broken the law, or if not, then the governor has not - take your pick.

As we all know that a dem administration would never do anything illegal, then DeSantis has also done nothing wrong ; )

Try reading the article, -------. The key difference is that DeSantis's agents are accused of engaging in deception to get the migrants onto the planes. There has never been a similar allegation made against the Biden administration with regard to migrant flights. That difference opens people like Perla up to potential charges of deceptive/unlawful restraint and fraud.

"Biden dumping illegal migrants around the nation without notice"

First, they were legal migrants. Asylum seekers waiting adjudication of their cases.

Second, they were not dumped. Relocated with coordination with all appropriate stakeholders. (DeSatan did dump them without warning however.)

Third, it's the federal government's responsibility to properly relocate them. Not DeSatan or his state. Especially not for a political stunt.

So many lies so little time.

"Was DeSantis Shipping Migrants to Martha's Vineyard a Crime?"

Probably, but thank god he wasn't showering with his underaged child..

The $600,000.00 spent on the chartered plane stinks to high heaven, and it was spent to carry registered asylum seekers from Texas not Florida which was an expenditure prohibited by Florida law, Desantis definitely broke Florida law to perform a political srunt to benefit his Presidential ambitions.

"Biden Administration Quietly Flies Illegal Immigrants to New York in Middle of Night: Report"

Which the Immigration Authorities had complete authority to do unlike Desantis performing his political stunt, using Florida taxpayer dollars illegally to transport legal, registered asylum seekers from Venezuela as props.

That $600,000 illegally spent for political theater could have been much better used to assist home and business owners devastated by Ian.

But hey, when does the GOP ever give a --- about ordinary people?

Not only that, but DHS people attempt to ruin their asylum cases by listing random addresses across the US, some as far away as Oregon as their home addresses, forcing them to appear for a hearing on Monday after being dumped in MA on Sunday.

These people are fleeing violence and death only to be used as a political pawn by a corrupt governor and then have them deported back for missing their appointments because of corrupt DHS agents. Every one of these agents need to be removed from their jobs.

Who cares, he's not going to face repercussions, he's the king of Florida.

Republicans are criminals. The more brazen and boorish they behave, the more popular they become with their voters.
