Zambia has asked Russia to explain how one of its citizens who had been serving a prison sentence in Moscow ended up on the battlefield in Ukraine, where he was killed.

Let me give you an idea:

The Russian Ruble equals 0.016 of a United States Dollar.

The Polish Zloty equals 0.220 of a United States Dollar.

And by weeks end the Ruble is going to be worth half what it is now while the Zloty is going to do just fine.

Is this surprising to you? There was another news story a while back where another African student in Moscow who tried to enter Ukraine via Belarus when the war first broke out. Up until recently, it was very common for international students to study in Russia and PR China.
