My dad may be one. He's 92 with no noticeable loss of memory or abilities. Still drives. Has a third wife 8 years younger who's far more decrepit than he is. He takes care of her full time.
Shame he's kind of an -------. But he's under stress with the caretaking so maybe that partly why.

Going by trends seen generally, I feel like you have to be kind of an ------- to live a long time with all your facilities.
