Then the rebuilding and resentments begin.

War again in a few years. Lather, rinse, and repeat.

NATO all but guarantees eternal war with Russia.

That's where Saddam supposedly got his WMD. If the Ukraine were to flip back to the Russian orbit after the war they could be looking at an Iraq type intervention there by NATO in the future.

America loves to turn on it's "friends". Iraq, the Kurds. Iran after the Shah was deposed. Argentina when Allende was elected.

Cuba never asked to be helped. I don't recall Afghanistan asking for assistance either. Iraq never asked to be "liberated". The truth is US foreign policy is expansionist but with a twist,they generally don't invade but use color revolutions and economic coercion to get their way.

The world bank uses debt to enslave other countries and coerce them into accepting US and western investment.

They tried the same playbook with Russia in the 90s, Putin put a stop to that.

The Ukrainians don't know who they're dealing with.

Their turn will come if they step out of line.

Now we have two Slavic countries at each other's throats and we're picking sides again.

Why did Saddam get all the military aid when he was the obvious aggressor? Why was Iran left to fight Iraq to a bloody stalemate for 8 years? Why was Saddam not sectioned when he invaded?

So many questions,the obvious answer is the US arbitrarily chooses sides on Whim. Policy is just whatever seems expedient at the time with no clear underlying plan.

If I was Ukrainian I would be very dubious about American assistance.

They must be really gullible to think they won't be next.
