Depends upon how good his memory is. Or, more importantly, how good he wants his memory to be.

How come trump's team doesn't want to tell the world how innocent trump is unless ordered by a court to do so?

Markie Mark's description of the "Perfect Call" will start with "On the advice of counsel..."

I'm having a hard time understanding why these dolts don't give up their Dotard-God. For nearly all of them their political viability is nil, their general employability is questionable outside the Faux/OAN/Newsmax troika, and in some cases they are tying themselves to a felony record or a prison sentence. No one sees them as heroes, few with good judgment see them as patriots, and Trump wants nothing to do with them. Like many others, Meadows will learn this the hard way...

Because Putin has a polonium milkshake waiting for them if they want out.

Many of us who cannot understand why Magats continue to cling so fiercely to Trump simply under-estimate the depth and power of the racism, homophobia, misogyny and general hatred at the core of those supports.

It is as if, we assume that since we are not burning with anger and hatred that means other people also are similar to us. And that simply is not true. Magats, for the most part, are a different emotional type of animal from normal people.

This is a case of the power of propaganda and echo chambers as well though.

Remember at the end of the movie "Margin Call" that it was pointed out that after the clearly criminal behavior by a lot of the major banks, the only person to go to jail at that point was one poor "smuck" as they called him.
So much testifying by so many , so little actual indicting.
So far at least.

If AG Garland hsn't seen enough yet it is a safe bet he never will. Biden should fire him and appoint someone with a spine.

We all know Meadows is going follow in the footsteps of Lindsey Graham and appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

And, DANNI, since this case is a matter for the State of Georgia, the DOJ is not involved.

The Special Prosecutor will have his hands of full of people like Meadows when the January 6 Committee makes their recommendation to the DOJ in their final report sometime this month.

What you call a lack of "spine" is Merick Garland and his prosecutors taking the time to bulletproof their cases for not only getting indictments but also bulletproofing their case against being overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court. That bar is higher than anyone can imagine, especially so in a case of Espionage against a former U.S. President.
