I want him to live in subsidized housing and dependant on meals on wheels.
The avarice killing this country makes re-education camps as a method of dealing with these uber-wealthy criminals look more and more attractive. The same can be said for the rampant greed making socialism looking more attractive.

Alex Jones files for personal bankruptcy, listing Sandy Hook families he owes $1.5B to as creditors www.newstimes.com
...Alex Jones is personally seeking federal bankruptcy protection for nearly $1.5 billion he owes Sandy Hook families he defamed, according to a court document filed in Texas on Friday.... After a hearing on Friday in Waterbury that had been scheduled to discuss freezing Jones' assets was stalled due to his personal bankruptcy filing, the lead attorney for eight Sandy Hook families and an FBI agent who Jones defamed said justice would prevail. "Like every other cowardly move Alex Jones has made, this bankruptcy will not work," Chris Mattei said."The bankruptcy system does not protect anyone who engages in intentional and egregious attacks on others, as Mr. Jones did.The American judicial system will hold Alex Jones accountable, and we will never stop working to enforce the jury's verdict."...

This will almost surely be kicked out of bankruptcy court, as a bad-faith filing. Bankruptcy judges do NOT like to be used as legal shields for creeps like Jones, in their attempt to block the necessity of paying up for their stupidity, greed, bad acts or combination of all.
A problem Jones does face in his filing is that he must present an accounting of ALL of his assets and liabilities, including those where he has beneficial interest or control. If he fails to provide a complete list, that is seen as a separate offence. It is very, very stupid to lie to a federal judge. Lawyers with a bankruptcy practice are a very small, tight-knit group--they all know each other and face each other on a frequent basis. Jones's lawyers know this, and run the risk of damaging their professional credibility if they act fast and loose.
Such delay tactices have limited viability. Jones is at his limit. He should find his checkbook. Soon...

I don't know why he just doesn't go through the appeals process. It's likely it gets overturned on first amendment grounds.

Here is the complication:
If a defamation judgment is found with intentional defamation and malice, it generally can't be discharged in bankruptcy.
BUT the judgment against Jones was done via default. So the question will be left up to the bankruptcy judge.
