Nate Cohn: In state after state, the final turnout data shows that registered Republicans turned out at a higher rate -- and in some places a much higher rate -- than registered Democrats, including in many of the states where Republicans were dealt some of their most embarrassing losses.

"Republican-leaning voters decided to cast ballots for Democrats, even as they voted for Republican candidates for U.S. House or other down-ballot races in their states."

The GOP is saddled with a head (I'll not call him a leader) who has demonstrated his world-class poor judgement when it comes to identifying talent, from his game show to his administration to his picks for political office. Those decisions are driven by good looks and fawning fealty to the guy making the choice. The result is a bunch of employees and candidates who are rustlers, cut throats, murderers, bounty hunters, desperados, mugs, pugs, thugs, nitwits, halfwits, dimwits, vipers, snipers, con men, Indian agents, Mexican bandits, muggers, buggerers, bushwhackers, hornswogglers, horse thieves, bull -----, train robbers, bank robbers, ----------, ----------- and Methodists. But only the best ones...

"The GQP politicians are ore waywd by money than by ideas, they will tell voters what they want to hear in an election but in reality they will represent the big money people on pokicies and issues. Hpw many voters actually heard Rick Scott's plans for Social Security? How many heard Republicans complaining about inflation or

gas prices when Jpe Biden and the Democrats were working hard on both problems....and making good progress on both while those issues were just excuses for campaign slogans attacking Biden for Repunlicann csndidates. Did they mention he has cut the deficit in falf compared to the previous administration who slashed taxes for the wealthy and big cotporations? Probably not.
