We never collected political affiliations at our clinic, but there were ones who would sometimes reveal the way they leaned. I discovered those who were Republican were embarrassed and wanted to be done as soon as possible. Having to deal with the possibility of someone seeing them come to the clinic was a most frightening prospect. I could always tell those that wanted to hide their identity from others would ask to use the privacy entrance where they could go from their vehicle straight into the ground floor of the clinic without anyone seeing them. Then there was individual waiting areas so as the patient didn't have to mingle with others in the main waiting room. It was certainly interesting to see who availed themselves of this advantage.

Of course, they have and they think they will get their gawds forgiveness for being anti... in public.

...they couldn't save themselves but they will save everyone else.

How many is "more than you think "? There are millions (estimated) of Conservatives that have daughters and granddaughters that don't support a ban on abortion.

Republican women have more abortions than others. This is because they are taught a cultural ambivalence to ordinary birth control. The goal of the societies they live in is more children, period.

Forced birth laws have never applied to rich people. They have always been able to go to another state or country to get the care they want. Those laws only apply to the people who can least afford an unwanted child.

No. They haven't.

You underestimate how hypocritical I think Republican women are.

Most Republicans, especially the richer ones, don't care one whit about abortion. They just know that its a great tool to manipulate the masses to vote Republican.

Because they know full well that if you have the money, a richer Republican will ALWAYS be able to get an abortion on demand. Oh, did you see that recent Utah case? Seems that when they even go so far as to lie about how Democrats want abortions even after the child is born, it's because they have done that. Just another example of when a Republican accuses a Democrat of something, its usually projection.

The article really is worth reading even if you are opposed to abortion this is a statistician bearing her soul to try and remind us we are all individuals and don't fit well into little boxes.

Republicans always see themselves as exceptions to the rules they impose on others.

Always.

Once we lesrn the truth about Santos we know that "I was not a drag queen" actually means "I was a flamboyant drag queen.

This headline must be true. Why else would there have been abortion clinics in Okiehomie? Certainly not just to encourage that Texas trash to cross the Red River ...

Typical of GOP voters. Most have at one time or another received the same rights and benefits they want to strip from others whether that be abortion, mail-in voting, income/housing/medical/food assistance, etc. They justify it with the claim that their situation was special as there aren't millions in the country who also have their own special circumstances they are dealing with.

Herschel Walker is the perfect example of Republican's actual adherence to the laws they want to impose on others.
