Why is "Biden's DOJ AND FBI" doing this to himself?!?!
#2 | Posted by memyselfini at 2023-01-22 02:53 PM | Reply
Yeah but has anyone noticed that Biden is the President now and that he has declassified them with his telepathic powers?
#3 | Posted by donnerboy at 2023-01-22 02:53 PM | Reply
Seized?
Is it really seizing something if he let them in and gave them full access to find and recover any documents on the premises?

JPW
(I don't know why we have to keep beating this dead horse.)
You're right. "Seized" sounds like the documents were taken by force.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
On the other hand . . .
Documents at Mar-a-Lago were "seized" by the FBI with a warrant (actually two warrants) when Trump claimed the documents were his rightful property and refused to turn them over voluntarily ~ numerous times.
That's "Seized."

Let me lmow when the number of document siezed reaches 300 snd when he refuses to return them.Til then this is a scandal that could have happened but didn't because Biden isn't a wannabe dictator with more allegiance to Putin than yhe United States.

Biden's not in charge.
They are taking Biden out, it's just a matter of time. People here complain it's Fox news, but even CNN is turning on him.
This is ugly to watch.

This isn't over. The DNC elites are not ok with Biden.
Just look at liberal media, the tide is turning. Yesterday was an interesting day, why?

Are you aware that it's a felony to handle classified documents in a manner that is grossly negligent?
In a box in a garage surely seems to fit that definition to me.

All the signs point to these being honest mistakes on the part of Biden's employees.
All the signs point to trump stealing classified information for a multitude of reasons.

Are you aware that Biden is the President? No? Well he is!
As such he can declassify anything telepathically.
Why he can even do it thru time!
It says right there in article 2 that he shall have power!

Great. When Biden leaves office, put him on trial.
I'm fine with this.

If you were right, we wouldn't have a president or vice president who isn't in jail because they've all done it. So have many members of congress.
But you are wrong thankfully. You'd have to prove Biden intentionally took the documents when he didn't have authority and intentionally kept them knowing he had them still. As both a Senator and VP, he had authority to remove some classified docs that were provided to him in those positions.
With Trump, he made it apparent he tried to hide them and refused to turn them over...than claimed there were his...before claiming they were planted...before claiming their were his...before claiming they were planted...before claiming their were his...before claiming they were planted...before claiming their were his...before claiming they were planted...before claiming their were his...before claiming they were planted...before claiming their were his...before claiming they were planted...before claiming their were his...before claiming they were planted...before claiming their were his...before claiming they were planted...before claiming their were his...before claiming they were planted...before claiming their were his...before claiming they were planted...

Can the justice department search all of Trump's homes now? We are supposed to be treating the both equally now, right?

Why did a Senator from an insignificant state with a population smaller than Montana have classified documents in his home? What was the nature of the documents? To what degree was national security compromised? Is Joe guilty of negligence or espionage or both?
It's weird some think Trump couldn't declassify documents but Biden's current status absolves him of prior criminal negligence.
Our nations security was put at risk by Joe Rosenburg's neglect.

States by population density:
Delaware 475.1/sq mile (6th) Montana 7.0/sq mile (48th)

#24 Exactly. Not only did Joe (AKA Joe Rosenburg) represent an insignificant number of constituents. He also represented an insignificant share of the Nation's area and natural resources.
A Senator shouldn't have classified documents in his home. UNLESS he intended to share the contents of those document without scrutiny.

If you look at the statute intent doesn't apply. He was either grossly negligent in handling classified documents or he wasn't. That is the legal threshold.
I do agree with you that this type of thing likely happens a lot more than people realize and also our government has an over- classification problem.
The thing is Democrats tried to make Trump's possession of classified documents the crime of the century and now they get to play in the mud pit of their own creation with Biden

Trump trying to overthrow the Constitution and the government for his own personal benefit is the crime of the century.

Given Pence is now in the same boat with Biden, there appears mud enough to go around.
The Pence thing demonstrates that there is a systemic problem with classified documents and deflates both the criminal and political aspects for both of them.
But a jury will be able to prove that Trump STOLE his documents. And I expect that it will.
#33 | Posted by Zed at 2023-01-24 02:03 PM | Reply
It was only one of Trumpy's many crimes of the century.
And Biden is allowing himself to be held accountable. But you do remember that a President cannot be indicted while in office so you'll just have to wait until after Trumpy gets his due process first. And now guess what? It's Mike Pence's turn to do some mansplaining!!
Next up ... what secrets did Obama stash in his home!!? See what you Magamorans started?

It started with Trump being accused of the crime of the century. It metastasized to the point where other pops are being exposed for the exact same "crime". Kinda hard to prosecute Trump but not the others.

No. Not really. Trump can be indicted and prosecuted and Mike Pence can be indicted prosecuted for any crimes they may have committed.
Biden is currently the Presnit so you are just gonna have to wait to indict him just like we have had to wait to indict Trumpy for any of his (alleged) crimes.

You're probably correct Donnerboy. The only option for Biden is wait until the end of his presidency or impeach him.
