CARLSON: I'm completely in favor of a Bay of Pigs operation to liberate that country. Why should we stand back and let our biggest trading partner, the country with which we share the longest border, and actually, I'll just say, a great country, I love Canada, I've always loved Canada because of its natural beauty, why should we let it become Cuba? Like, why don't we liberate it? We're spending all this money to liberate Ukraine from the Russians, why are we not sending an armed force north to liberate Canada from Trudeau? And, I mean it.

Notice that Tucker says we are liberating Ukraine from Russia? He parrots the Russian propaganda that Ukraine belongs to Russia.

"We're spending all this money to liberate Ukraine from the Russians"

You can't liberate what is already free.

Looking at Trump, Tucker, and Musk it strikes me that having too much money for too long makes people into fascists.

Being born on third base is dangerous for the people around you.

one phrase for you....google it.

"tongue in cheek"

or is that too sophisticated for the clientele.

it obviously is when I see a comment like this one.

a rational person with a remedial sense of language understands that he's talking about driving the Russians out of Ukraine.
now back to your regularly scheduled hate-fest.

Problem is, the old frightened white people that make up his audience are too stupid to realize it's --------.

Bow tie guy is still mad at getting pwned by Jon Stewart. He found his groove with his Nazi schtick and it's paying off finally.

@#6 ... a rational person with a remedial sense of language understands that he's talking about driving the Russians out of Ukraine. ...

That may be your interpretation, but it is not what he said.

He said, "... I'll just say, a great country, I love Canada, I've always loved Canada because of its natural beauty, why should we let it become Cuba? Like, why don't we liberate it? ...

So, please explain your interpretation.

thx.

Tucker Carlson's inspiration: South Park - Blame Canada

When Robin Williams performed it I at the Oscars: Robin Williams - Blame Canada

Enjoy.

If Captain Fish Sticks wants to liberate Canada he's welcome to try doing so all on his own.

But of course isn't really interested in Canada's well-being he wants to help Russia. So why doesn't he have daddy's limo take him down to the nearest Russian Embassy so he can enlist?

What, then, do you think the two were discussing? I'd like to correct any misinterpretation I may have had.

@#16 ... How interesting that republican propaganda and russian propaganda sounds the exact same these days. ...

So... I'm not the only one who has noticed that?

I've asked in the past, and I'll ask again --- just how far has Russia penetrated into the Republican Party?

Maria Butina Pleads Guilty to Role in a Russian Effort to Influence Conservatives (2018)
www.nytimes.com

...To the conservative Americans she courted, Maria Butina was the right kind of Russian.

She loved guns and the church and networking with top officials in the National Rifle Association. She schmoozed with Republican presidential candidates, and became a supporter of Donald J. Trump. She spent Thanksgiving at a congressman's country house, took a Trump campaign aide to see the rock band Styx and helped a Rockefeller heir organize "friendship dinners" with influential Washingtonians.

On Thursday, Ms. Butina, 30, pleaded guilty to a single charge of conspiring to act as a foreign agent in a deal with federal prosecutors. In doing so, she acknowledged that her activities were motivated by more than mere personal conviction....

How deep into the Republican Party?

I mean does it get any deeper than installing a russian asset in the white house for 4 years?

@#19 ... I mean does it get any deeper than installing a russian asset in the white house for 4 years? ...

The Republicans seem to have been more interested in Ms Butina's affection for guns and the Church than they were for any concern about her loyalty to the Constitution.

And that, in and of itself, speaks volumes about where the Republican Party's loyalties reside of late.

How many Republicans has she compromised?

And keep in mind, there are pictures of Republicans sucking up to this Russian foreign agent. .....

I do note that the oneironaut is still around this evening and posting, yet apparently not wanting to answer a simple question I pose to that alias.

Not a surprise regarding my questions with that alias, but more of a confirmation of the lame aspect the alias has earned in its routine avoidance of questions sent its way.

Next thing Tucker will be claiming the Canadian government is run by Nazis. Fox News is incredibly irresponsible to give that lunatic a platform. He would be funny if he didn't have millions of fans who take him seriously because they are just too stupid to realize he is totally out of his mind, Our NATO allies don't like his humor either because if we ever did something as crazy as he recommends it would obligate all of them to attack the United States under Article 5 of the NATO Charter, it is sort of hinting that Tucker Carlson is actually a Russian provocateurtaking orders from Putin, Remember when Fox News was just a bunch of clueless flag (Amrtican) waving fools? Who would ever have thought they would become traitorous scum like Tucker Caelson?

We are past the hinting stage, Danni.
Tucker Carlson is a Russian asset.
As are large swaths of the GOP.

I believe you are right Snoofy, This won't end well with a large percentage of Americans who support Russian oligarchial dictatorship more than a free and fair democracy. Donald Trump is a wannabe oligarch but he doesn't have enough money to actually qualify as one so he settled for being a puppet for Putin.

"I'm completely in favor of a Bay of Pigs operation to liberate that country."

Figures that he would be in favor of something like that.

The Bay of Pigs operation was a complete and utter failure and didn't liberate anything.

There you gp ahain Bay of Pigs operation was a complete and utter failure and didn't liberate anything.

There you go again with facts easily ignored by the GQP cult mrmbers.

"We're spending all this money to liberate Ukraine from the Russians"

Are we, though?

Ukraine is receiving obsolete (by US standards) surplus kit. That equipment requires upkeep, which costs money. Giving it to UKR is really a way of eliminating those costs.

I think to calculate the actual costs (or reductions in costs), would be difficult, but I bet it's a lot cheaper than the $305B Biden vote buying effort with the student loan forgiveness thing.

Plus, sending weapons actually contributes to a good cause.

We should all remember we help Ukraine with weapons but not Amrican soldiers, I honestly don't kmow how l feel about that but I do know that helping Ukraine now is the right thjng to do and it will be rewarded with an ally we can always depend on om in the future/ We will never regret helping them defeat Hitler.... er...I mean Putn; 0S111ame difference. I don't kmow where I read this but I read that our expenditures in Ulraine account for 3% of our defense budget but have already reduced Russia from superpower to second world syatus. The good thing about that is that even when Putin croaks the new leader will still be leading a comparatively poor country. In other words a weak country, which will not pose a threat to any other nation for a long time. THey simply can't afford to try to bably other captive nation of the Russian aannex any territory after this idiotic attempt to conquer Ukraine, In the end it seems Putin wasn't nearly as smart as we thought he was, more like a bumbling idiot. In the end TRussia won't have Crimea or the Donbas or any part of sovereign Ukraine. Probably now other captive nations will demand independence and want to join NATO which is already the nost powerful alliance on the planet. Thanks to Putin Russia will be a 2nd rate power permanently. Ulraine's rconomt will recover and they will again make the Russian people envious which was the motivation for the Russian invasion, their ebvy of Ukraine's economic success was a ewal threay yo the Russian divtatorship and oligarchy. I envision a revolution there similae to the French Revokution complete wiyh guillotines and pub;ic executions of oligarchs whp stole all the wealth ehen the Soviet Union collapsed so they richly deserve their inevitable fates. I just hope Putin goes firsy and that it is te;evised worldwide.

Since ypu are anything but rational I doubt ypur opinion about anything is sort of laughable especially that one in your last post. Tucker Catlsob is owned by Putin just ;ike Trump or should I say the entire Trump family. Never forget Don Jr. told us they get all the money they need from Russia. Putin was investing in the Trumps well ahead of 2016.
