Plain and simple.

They threw a $53,000,000,000.00 woke party for women's month or whatever.

Because woke.

Hark, the matter of "woke" doth take on a new dimension, with the news of a bank's bankruptcy. Forsooth, there be those who claim to be woke, and yet their actions lead to the very ruin they seek to avoid. They doth support unethical corporations, recklessly gamble with the funds of others, and dismiss the plight of those whose lives they disrupt.

But true wokeness, ah, that is a different matter entirely. It requires not only an awareness of the world's ills, but a commitment to act with responsibility and compassion. For if we do not, we risk falling into the abyss of greed and folly, as if the eyes be open, but the heart be asleep.

Let us not be content with speaking the language of the "woke", but let our deeds speak louder than our words. Let us ensure that our financial institutions act with integrity and prudence, for the sake of all those whose lives they touch. For only then may we truly claim the mantle of wokeness, and walk with purpose and honor in a world in need of true financial reform.
