International Criminal Court Issues Arrest Warrant for Putin
The International Criminal Court (ICC) on Friday issued arrest warrants for Russian President Vladimir Putin and another Russian official over their alleged actions throughout Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

And this will most likely not be the last arrest warrant for Putin.
It also gives Putin's enemies within Russia the impetus to hand him over.
