An autopsy revealed the environmental activist who was shot and killed by Atlanta police was sitting cross-legged with hands up in the air when police fired shots.

But there will be no consequences because no officer will turn on the others even in a murder case.

Yes but he was sitting cross-legged with his hands up where they want to build a shooting range so they assumed he was one of the targets.

There was a trial and this guy was found guilty and the punishment was death by firing squad?

I had no idea #5 and #6.
