No, on the face to it, this does not sound too great for Fox.
Abby Grossberg is "alleging that the network's lawyers coerced her into providing misleading testimony in Dominion Voting Systems' $1.6 billion defamation case against the company." Uh oh.
Abby Grossberg does not sound like some nuisance rando. According to the article, she "worked as a senior booking producer for Maria Bartiromo and most recently head of booking for Tucker Carlson ... ."
Keep it coming.

I've long been aware how Foxnews has made a fortune talking about how horrible all blue states and cities are from their HQ in New York City.
We may now get to see them forced to move to a new headquarters in say rural Idaho.

I know it probably won't happen, but I read that laws are on the books that could revoke Murdoch's citizenship if he/fox news were to lose the lawsuit. I believe it dealt with actions against the beat interests of the USA

"Fox News had filed suit against Grossberg Monday, seeking a restraining order to prevent her from divulging privileged information that it said would cause the network to "suffer immediate irreparable harm." But on Tuesday, Fox dropped the suit"
LOL! Fox was like "hey, you know how we told you to commit perjury? Please don't tell anyone about that."

Good grief. Can Fox really be that stupid?
Now their alleged attempt to silence her may be a part of the evidence record.

This REALLY puts Dominion in the cat bird seat now.
I wonder if it's possible for FOX to go broke.

@#10 ... This REALLY puts Dominion in the cat bird seat now. ...
While I am not willing to go that far, I do note that Dominion has not yet shown any sign of agreeing to an out-of-court settlement.
To my eyes, that says two things...
1) they have lots of evidence
- and -
2) they want to make the evidence part of the official public record.
Fox, on the other hand, seems to be taking a more defensive approach.
Still, things could change in an instant, so I continue to read, watch and listen...

"2) they want to make the evidence part of the official public record."
It has to be your second scenario. There's no question in my mind that Dominion is out to make a statement. A very big statement for all the world to see. No sweeping anything under the rug. As well they should.
