The party really has become a chancer magnet. Those folks, the chancers, were always involved in politics, feeding on the pickings like ravenous termites yet somewhat controlled, kinda manageable. But the Trump crowd was composed of nothing but chancers. They and those in their morality-free orbit became a major infestation that infected and then consumed the entire structure.
