No leads who left the baggy of coke? Really?

You can't walk around Biltmore without every move monitored. But the White House where the President lives has areas you can go and not be watched? Really....we all know the truth now. Cover-up for something.

Sy,

Not if you have more than one camera.

This is the White House we're talking about and a more public area.

That should be recorded from every angle.

People won't be fooled.

Do you know how many cameras it takes to cover every angle of even a medium size room?

They don't put 12 cameras in a 500 square foot room... You might get 2, maybe 3 if its a super important room.

Welcome to the real world, buddy. Not everything is a conspiracy theory.

100% because I made the same comment about watching over confidential documents left out and foreign actors putting in bugs at the White House during the Trump era.

You can bring bags of white powders into the White House, just substitute cocaine with ricin, strychnine, hell polonium if you choose... and the vaunted Secret Service can't obtain any evidence whatsoever about whom did brought the bag.

That's not great.

I've never been in the Whitehouse, but I have been in the Louisiana Governor's Mansion back in 2003 and you didn't get passed the guard shack without the state police knowing exactly what you had with you.

Seems to me like they're covering this up at the cost of the secret service's reputation.

Exactly how is it a security breach? Exactly how was security compromised?

They don't strip search people before entering the White House. Why would they?

And if its not a security breach, I fail to see how its a cover up then.

Ya'll realize the public used to be able to wander through the entire White House right? The world changed after 9/11 and things will never be the same. It's been getting worse ever since. And security and surveillance ever tighter.

And that's not great either.

@#26 ... This either a security breach or a cover up. Neither scenario is good. ...

I agree.

The Secret Service talked with all the visitors of that day.

They also looked for any DNA left on the "item" holding the cocaine, and there was no DNA.

So, this no longer seems to be a random visitor who entered the White House.

How many such visitors remove their DNA from their things?

At this point, based upon all the brouhaha being raised by Republicans and the sterility of the evidence, I have to wonder....

Was this a plant?

So my current leaning is a security breach.

And, if so, why?

"Was this a plant?"

" Exactly how is it a security breach? Exactly how was security compromised?"

Well, they briefly cleared the building and brought in a crew wearing hazmat suits. I wonder why?

It's an either/or situation. Either it's a security breach and they truly can't find the owner of the bag or the owner of the bag is being covered for.

Was it inside or outside of the security checkpoint? If it got though a security checkpoint that looks for that sort of thing, then it was a breach.

Inside; cubbyhole #50 its a locked cubby hole, with an assigned KEY, who is it assigned to? I mean really this isn't difficult. My plane is in an assigned hangar, its has a lock assigned by the county. Even my county could figure out whose plane is in what hangar just be the assigned keys. FFS SS full of ----.

Oh yeah the agent in charge used to work Biden as VP, you know Biden used to walk around naked in front of.

Was this a plant?

Why risk getting caught? If it really was a "plant" alot more effort would be going into catching the person. Because it would be a huge security risk not to know how, and how it got in there. Imagine something more sinister.

I bet this was a drop off, location, to be picked up by someone internally later, that's why they can't find the "key".

#37 | POSTED BY REDIAL

I would agree. I am not sure how the "keys" are assigned.

Imagine it could be like a gym locker, you put your stuff in, lock it and take the key, unlock it key stays you get your stuff. I would think the keys would be RFID tagged or "airtagged" so they know where the keys are at all times.

This is why it might be a drop, but then how did the cubby remain unlocked, in the scenario above (thats how the SS found it)

But they have to have some way of knowing who put what in what cubby otherwise someone should be fired.
