The path seems to have moved a bit eastward today. Now it looks more like Nova Scotia and less like Maine may be in the main path.
Here in western Connecticut, gusty winds in the range of 30-40mph are expected. No rain.
The ground here is very wet due to an exceptionally rainy summer (wettest July on record) so the tree roots are less effective are maintaining a tree's vertical alignment in the winds.
