Plane Takes Off with Passengers But No Checked Bags
A Swiss International Air Lines plane took off from Zurich this past weekend filled with passengers but without a single checked suitcase on board because of a lack of ground staff.

That is my worst nightmare; especially when I travel for work. Not having the materials I need to do my job. But cost-cutting in king; even when ground crew are loading planes. Not enough staff to do the job. Anything to save a buck. I can't wait to retire; I have one year to go and then no more traveling or taking classes to learn new machines in some backwater town (mostly in Florida; I hate it there). And all you ever get is an apology or sometimes a free flight. Haven't seen one of those in a while.

That is my worst nightmare; especially when I travel for work.
Been there. I can't imagine a whole planeload of people with no luggage. Probably a good thing they were mostly Swiss.
