Griffin said. "Look, if I had my dream, we'd have a great Republican candidate in the primary who was younger, of a different generation, with a different tone for America. And we'd have a younger person on the Democratic side in the primary, who would have his message for our country."
With two younger, fresher candidates, "We'd have a debate around ideas and principles and policies to make this a great nation," he said. "We're not having that dialogue right now."

How will he, and others, want to change the Florida politics to more align with what they want?

Mr. Griffin is correct. If billionaires weren't caution about throwing good money after bad, they wouldn't be billionaires very long. That's how bad investments work. DeSantis is a bad investment.
I recall some sage advice I was given when I was young and starting out on my own in a world that preyed on youthful inexperience.
She simply said, "When in doubt, don't do it."
