Because, haven't you heard that about Republicans, too much is never enough.

"It's an honor system. It's how we live. It's how I've lived my life," he (Beyer) said.

Let's see how that honor system works when he fails to show up for prison on November 28 ~ two months after being convicted. What's up with that?
