Mike Pence has dropped-out of the 2024 presidential race
It must be tough being a person of faith and hitching your wagon to the "Party of Jesus" only to find out that they're just a group of mouth-breathers led by greedy SOBs who are willing to do and say anything so long as they can cling to power.

Mike Pence should be forced to carry his Presidential campaign to term.

Pence will probably be remembered as a nonentity who rose to the occasion at a dangerous time for the nation simply by doing the job to which he was elected, while former "colleagues and friends" insisted he shred the Constitution. Doesn't seem like a lot, really, just doing what you're elected and lawfully required to do, but that's major-league heroic in the GOP. And sufficient cause for ostracism.

From another article . . .
"Pence had been betting on Iowa, a state with a large white Evangelical population that has a long history of elevating religious and socially conservative candidates such as former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and former Pennsylvania Rick Santorum."
Yeah, those are some leading lights right there. Hasn't Iowa abused its franchise long enough?

Yes, Iowa has. The democrats realized that a while ago and took away their first in nation caucus. Will the republicans follow if they continue to nominate such out of touch candidates?

" he lost all credibility When Pence hitched his wagonon the Trump campaign he lost all credibility as a "person of faith." He knew he couldn't win another term as Gov of Indiana so being Trump's VP candidate filled his need for high office and privelege. I have more respect for my dog.

Lee for the FF.
The other GdopeP candidates are only hanging around for a Trump convictions to keep him out.
Pence must figure he can't even beat them.
What he gets for doing one actual patriotic thing.

@#7 ... The other GdopeP candidates are only hanging around for a Trump convictions to keep him out....
That's my view as well.
Which may be why, the more charges and counts fmr Pres Trump attains, the higher his poll results go. The Trump supporters look at the charges and convictions as a way to take him out of the race, and they are fighting that.

He thought he'd do well amongst people chanting for his death?

If there were a a drudge.com award for "Most Significant Distillation" of current opinions into a few short words, your comment has just won it this month.
I mean, really, what did a knowledgeable politician, like fmr VP Pence, think when he threw his hat into the arena for 2024?

You got me buddy.
My guess.
He got a taste for power and wanted more.
Unfortunately for him, the entire world watched as beelzebub sent his fly to claim Pence's soul.

As of now, Whitey is once again someone whose political viability is nil. He served this country greatly during the first week of January, 2021 and most Americans should be more appreciative of how he stiffened his backbone to hold off the coup.
If Der Dotard is elected again, Pence should probably leave the country, so as to not be home when the Trump Revenge and retribution tour rolls into Indiana...
