A federal judge has dismissed a pair of arguments from Donald Trump's legal team, striking down an argument that the former president has blanket immunity in the election interference case proceedings against him.

Another of Trump's attempts to weasel out of his problems restricting him from being able to rabble rouse against the court now causing him to lose his best weapon, that of speech to arouse those unbalanced enough to try and go after the court officers. He's hoping to throw enough legal mud at the wall in hopes something will stick, releasing him from his bind of using his favorite weapon.
