Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

In a fox propaganda session, Sean Hannity tossed Donald Trump a softball when he asked him if Trump plans on abusing power such as breaking the law to use the government to go after people if he returns to office. Instead of giving the easy denial, Trump dodged the question. When Hannity asked again "You're not going to be a dictator, are you?". Trump acknowledged that he plans to do starting on day one.

Trump acknowledged that he plans to do (be a dictator) starting on day one.

A MAGA poster yesterday assured me that he was just lying about this sort of thing.

Because he likes the positive MAGA crowd reaction, I guess.

"'I love this guy,' [Trump] said of the Fox News host. "[Hannity] says, You're not going to be a dictator, are you?' I said: No, no, no, other than day one. [...] After that, I'm not a dictator.'"

Sometimes Trump slips up and tells the truth.

Another gaffe? Is he joking? Or is it actually what he thinks?

If he plans on being dictator on day one then he will be dictator on day two thru the bitter end. And it WILL be bitter. And it WILL be the end.

gaffe: an unintentional act or remark causing embarrassment to its originator; a blunder.

When you are running for office and someone asks you if you plan on abusing government power or being a dictator and your immediate answer is anything other than a flat out denial then it's not a gaffe, it's the truth. Trump already tried to overthrow the Constitution. That he is now openly admitting to his desire to be a dictator should be disqualifying to any voter.

Obama wore a tan suit and it was a regular "constitutional crisis" up in this joint

But not a peep from the usuals regarding this egregious trampling of the constitution

Their silence is evidence of their approval

When an authoritarian tells you he's going to do something bad you take him seriously.

The "usuals" are bad men and women. They know what Trump is, although they regularly lie to the rest of us about that.

They want him anyway. They have the people they hate, and they want those people hurt. It's as simple as that.

And, like poorly-raised children, they sincerely think that it's only other people hurt by the psychopathy they are enabling.
