"felony assault to induce abortion"

I'm curious at what point this crime was spelled out for the first time.

180 days when a man commits Attempted Fetus Murder.

If the woman had done this to herself, she'd get ten years.

Ken Paxton said mask mandates were a violation of "liberty and individual choice" and an example of "government overreach", but forcing a woman to carry a nonviable fetus despite threats to her health is not.

This ain't about liberty.

This is about men controlling women.

It should be a more severe penalty. But it has nothing to do with abortion. I'd say this about any crime where someone was given drugs without consent.

It never ceases to amaze me that people think only women want to terminate pregnancies.
