Republicans want Putin to win.

With Republicans in charge, these colors do run...as fast as they can.

Ukraine Stands Alone Thanks to the GOP

Putin also stands alone thanks to the GOP. With his trousers down and the Republicans on their knees, mouth agape, waiting their turn.

Oppose all war.

The solution in Ukraine was peace via negotiation between Zelensky, Biden, Putin. Nuland and her US pals need incarcerated. End the possibility of NATO membership for Ukraine on Russian borders. Instead of peace they gave away billions of our money to crooked crony insiders and took many thousands of lives and destroyed many billions or trillions of property. Kickbacks were given to insiders. More when they want our taxes to rebuild. The insiders who rigged all this need punished severely.

@#3 ... The solution in Ukraine was peace via negotiation ...

It still is.

Pres Zelensky telling Pres Putin to get out of Ukraine, and Pres Putin saying, "OK."

See, simple.

No war involved.

@#1 ... Republicans want Putin to win. ...

I've posted articles about Russian Kompromat that Russia may have on "important people" here in the US.

Sometimes I have to wonder about a couple of things:

1) the money trail into Republican campaigns.

2) tapped phone calls of Republican politicians.

Photos Show Links Between NRA Leaders and Alleged Russian Spy Maria Butina (2018)
www.vice.com

... Maria Butina, a Russian national who launched that country's version of the National Rifle Association"and hosted American gun rights advocates in Moscow in 2013"was charged on Monday with spying for the Russian government.

Butina has claimed she was involved in communications between Russia and the Trump campaign, a connection senators are now investigating. (Here's what we know so far about the NRA's reported role as a channel for Russian overtures to the Trump campaign.) ...

Of course, the NRA leadership is above reproach.

Attorney General James Wins Trial Against NRA and Wayne LaPierre (Frbruary 23, 2024)
ag.ny.gov

... New York Attorney General Letitia James today announced that the jury in her case against the National Rifle Association (NRA) and three current and former senior leaders has found the defendants liable for violating the law.

The jury found that Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre and former Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Wilson "Woody" Phillips were liable for financial misconduct and corruption in managing the organization.

The jury concluded that LaPierre abused his position for his personal benefit and steered lucrative contracts to friends and relatives, including spending millions of organization dollars on lavish travel, private planes, expensive clothing, and more. LaPierre was found to have caused the NRA $5.4 million in damages and must pay $4.35 million. The jury also determined that Attorney General James has shown cause for removal of LaPierre from the NRA based upon his violations.

The jury also found that the NRA failed to properly administer charitable funds and violated state laws that protect whistleblowers. ...

The modern GOP is a vile excuse of a political party.
They would sell their own grandmothers if they thought it
would help their election chances...

I excuse the GOP on this one - partially. I think a lot of them learned their lesson after Shrub's very unexcellent adventures and want out of the US forever wars imperialism scene. Not that they've gotten over that with Israel yet - what's a little genocide next to keeping God's landing strip around so he knows where to come back at after all?

Dems I'm a little more tired of on this issue. They've been the pro-war party since Obama. All the protesters against Bush's war crimes went home to sleep soundly knowing it was now someone with a D next to their name blowing up children and brown people with drones rather than someone with an R. Precipitating my switch from Dem to independent quite abruptly.

I don't think we should be spending a dime on foreign conflicts so long as we have a national debt, yet somehow can't afford anything from single payer healthcare to simply sheltering our own homeless. It's like putting on your own oxygen mask first when a plane depressurizes. How long can you take care of others, when you can't even take care of your own?

"Ukraine stands alone"

Way to pretend the EU doesn't exist to attempt to score Red vs Blue political points.

The GOP is holding off until their orange idol returns to power, at which time he can declare that because of his work settling the ware in one day that those rascals in the Russian State of Ukraine are now back in the fold of Mother Russia. The pogroms, executions and deportations to Siberia will commence shortly thereafter.

And that, kids is how a bunch of kooks who love to style themselves as statesmen, diplomats and christians caused the slaughter of millions and the darkening of the days for European democracies...

rilliand post Neville Chamberlain wannabe! Could have saved lot's of keystrokes if you just posted that the key to peace in Ukraine is for Ukraine to just accept that Russia has a right to invade a sovereign nation and proceed to murder thousand of men, women and children. Only a real coward would even suggest such a pile of crap. Tje United States has had a policy of supporting democratic nation when they fight back against murdering dictators bot the GQP has no spine. Let's think historically, we would have allowed Hitler to take over all of Europe had they held the reins of power instead of FDR and we would have remained in depression for most of the 20th century. How can any American support such dangerous cowards.

how can

The GOP must REALLY need that Russian money bad.
They have done a complete 180 from where their party
stood during the Reagan years, to now, where they
actually fawn over dictators and banana republic strong
men.

Witness: the Incredible GOP Dissolving Spine...
