I'll wager Drinky Pete thinks that such documents will protect him in cases of the commission of war crimes. NDA documents will do so, because those in the military will spill, one way or another, on the illegal orders which resulted in the killing of people who should have been rescued, held, questions, and if need be, charged.

If Hegsteh's actions, as reported, are proven, this could result in the President of the United States issuing a pardon to a war criminal. Let that sink in, voters, MAGA folks and GOPers in general...
