Her sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 5, 2026. U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe made the announcement. Segari was indicted on September 18, 2025. According to evidence presented at trial, on August 17, 2025, Segari posted a video on TikTok calling for MAGA supporters to be shot on sight. Segari stated, "so if we all get our guns and use our second amendment right ... and you see somebody with a MAGA hat, pew pew' that's what we do, that's the way, it's the only way."
