It's common knowledge that Russia does everything they can to manipulate our elections. It's even common knowledge that several Trump insiders had significant connections to Russia leading up to the 2016 election... and still do. Just because you refuse to acknowledge the facts doesn't make them any less factual.

My guess would be that Mr Musk wants to copy the tax information for use in blackmailing those who resist the MAGA destruction of the Republic.

I suspect that the # of Trump supporters who are trying to avoid taxes is much higher than liberals trying to avoid taxes. The problem is, if they have nefarious access to returns they may attempt to manipulate them. I hope everyone is keeping good records.
