As a Texan active...very active...in my local school district in a very Trumpy area, this kind of thing comes up all the time at parent and board meetings. Charter schools (Private School Lite) is a scam on a different level than the scam of religious private schools. And Texas diverts billions into both of these scams.

Texas is by far the most corrupt state in the nation. If Trump really wanted to reduce crime, he could start by sending troops to the governor's mansion here.
