Counter-battery fire. Mobile radars shuffling around on Jebel al Harim can see anything in the area of Bandar Abbas shooting anti-ship missiles, and Iran doesn't really have an answer to that except mrbms and drones aimed at general infrastructure.

It's not a great answer, but it's the answer of how you deal with it militarily.
