"Glorious and gory", anime with a 100 percent Rotten Tomato rating, (adult-ish) also with George Takei and Kevin Branagh

I've only seen the first two episodes of season one, but it's really well done.

Also would advise not reading any reviews, because they all have a spoiler for the first episode.
