Forty-four people were evaluated and two were hospitalized with respiratory issues after one million gallons of sulfuric acid leaked at a facility near the Houston Ship Channel which is now being monitored for environmental damage, threats to aquatic life, and water quality.
The health insurance status of the HAZMAT accident victims are unknown.
