Devastated Families: The families of some patients in [operator Joseph Schwartz'] nursing homes have been awarded millions of dollars from lawsuits. But they haven't been able to collect from him.

NEW: Trump pardoned nursing home owner Joseph Schwartz just 3 months into his sentence for a $39 million fraud scheme. Meanwhile, families who won multimillion-dollar wrongful death suits against Schwartz haven't collected a cent.

Pedo47 created a "fraud task force" with Jethro Dull and so far all they've done is pardon all the fraudsters serving time in fed lockup for ripping off Americans.
