A US Appeals Court has ruled that children and young adults have no right to sue over Trump fossil fuel centric policies that they believe are endangering their health and world.

Eva Lighthiser and her 19 co-plaintiffs from around the United States are asking judges to reverse a trio of fossil fuel-centric executive orders Trump issued last year.
