The canceled off-shore wind project would have saved New Yorkers $10bn in energy bills, brought more than 1,700 jobs to the Empire State, and powered 1.7m homes.

Joining NYS AG Letitia James (D) in the lawsuit are the attorneys general of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

NYSAG James and the coalition are asking the court to strike down the plainly unlawful agreement, vacate the lease cancellation, and stop the junta from taking further action to implement this illegal deal.

The insidious Trumpf junta is directly hurting NYS " as well as other Blue States in this election year" as well damaging the environment to help the fossil fuel industry of Texas and their good-for-nothing Republican candidates and energy company magnates.

Oil-rich Texas is already a net recipient of federal funds every year, meaning they take more money from Washington DC than they pay in taxes. Blue States subsidize the Lone Star State.
