ISIS claims responsibility for Moscow terror attack

ISIS has claimed responsibility for an attack at a popular concert venue complex near Moscow Friday that left at least 40 dead and more than 100 wounded

I think the FSB and maybe even the GRU have spent too much time focusing on monitoring Russia opposition in the country, as opposed to terrorist. Or freedom fighters, and Tres_Flechas might refer to them.
