Footage captured on Tuesday shows the unnamed tourists, who had visited Ireland for St. Patrick's Day, cowering in an alley after ducking the fare while the disgruntled driver brandished his whip and threatened them. "Pay now, pay into my f---ing bank account," the driver shouts while cracking his whip at the terrified duo.
