The UN reports that Israeli military operations in Lebanon have continued to claim civilian lives and destroy vital infrastructure, violating the ceasefire agreement that took effect Nov 2024. At least 71 civilians have been killed by Israeli forces in Lebanon since the27 Nov 2024 ceasefire, according to the OHCHR. Among the dead are 14 women and nine children.
