Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) Update (30 Sep)

DIU released the names of 13 officers implicated in planning and organizing missile strikes against Ukrainian civilian infrastructure, revealing the locations of their homes, vehicle registrations, telephone numbers, and email addresses. DIU priority is to identify command personnel responsible for cruise and air-launched ballistic missiles against Ukrainian cities. This data is available to national and international justice mechanisms to hold those guilty to account: "There will be just retribution for every war crime committed against the Ukrainian people."

Russian propagandists admit on national TV that Vladimir Putin's Special Military Operation" is going poorly with no end in sight and that in approximately four months the SMO will have lasted longer than the Great Patriotic War (1941-45).

Ukrainian SOF conducted a behind-the-lines mission neutralizing three Russian soldiers and their equipment. DIU: "We will once again destroy the enemy on his own territory."

DIU released the names of the alleged war criminals in the Russian Strategic Rocket Forces for both future prosecutions but most likely to provide targeting data for anti-Kremlin partisans or undercover Ukrainian operatives behind Russian lines. Those Russian officers that can't be extradited to Kiev for prosecution will undergo XJK, as we have previously seen in the espionage war between Kiev and the Kremlin. Vladimir Putin's Nakba has cost Russia 1,110,560 casualties. An international arrest warrant issued by the ICC for war crimes remains active for Vladimir Putin. An indictment is merely an allegation.
