A US Marshal was shot by an ICE agent during a traffic stop where ICE attempted to arrest a suspect. A law enforcement source told CNN that it is believed that the ICE agent's gun discharged while he was using in it in an attempt to smash a window in the car where the suspect was an occupant. The bullet struck both the suspect and the US Marshal.
