International arrest warrants for war crimes issued by the ICC remain active for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and former IDF General Yoav Gallant. The Istanbul Public Prosecutor in Turkiye issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and 30 other suspected Israeli war criminals.
Indictments are merely allegations. To ensure a fair trial, Messrs Netanyahu and Gallant must both be presumed innocent until both are proven guilty at an international tribunal to be held for them in the Hague at a future date.
