**** NYC: DHS Sued Over ICE "Kavanaugh Stops' Based on Race ****

"The Legal Aid Society, the New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU), Make the Road New York, and Covington & Burling LLP filed a class action lawsuit in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York challenging the US DHS policy and practice of conducting suspicionless stops of New Yorkers based solely on their perceived race and ethnicity and warrantless immigration arrests without probable cause."

~snip~

Brenna B. Mahoney, Clerk of Court for EDNY, has not yet assigned this case. If New Yorkers are lucky, USDJ Gary R. Brown or USDJ Nina Morrison will be assigned the case.

He apparently didn't have "stops" in his personal life.

Indeed. Brett never got the "talk" or underwent a "Terry stop."

In fact, Brett Kavanaugh never had a hard day in his entire spoiled life until he cried at his Senate hearings.

Prep school, Yale 2x, automatic USG jobs with the GOP, now lifetime employment as a SCOTUS Justice for this member of Skull and Bones and cryptic associate of Opus Dei.

Nice being white.
