USIC Refutes Trumpf Claim That Nicolas Madura Leads Gang

The USIC rejected a key claim Dotard Trumpf put forth to justify invoking a wartime statute to summarily deport Venezuelans to a prison in El Salvador. The National Intelligence Council (NIC) released a declassified and slightly redacted report stating that US intelligence agencies do not assess Venezuela president Nicolas Maduro controls Tren de Aragua, a criminal gang. This determination contradicts Trumpf's assertion when he invoked the "Alien Enemies Act" to deport Venezuelans or other undesirables.
