South Carolina Family Terrorized

ABC writes about a family where the husband, who is in the process of applying for citizenship with an upcoming court hearing, is taken away by men who refused to show a warrant, their badges, give their names or even explain why their loved one is being taken away. Despite immediately putting his hands in the air, the husband is thrown to the ground. His girlfriend, who came out of the house to see what was happening, is yelled at and shoved by one of the men. The family is bravely talking about their experience, which was captured on their Ring camera, in the hopes of shedding light on what is currently happening across America.

Don't worry.
They will investigate themselves and find no wrongdoing.

America's secret police all in the name of Trump.

Make it make sense, cultist!

Republican leadership overwhelmingly supports this.

So look forward to three and a half more years of this. At minimum.

Give them till Christmas they will start coming for citizens. Republicans will support that too.

Welcome to Donald Trump's America.

Sounds like what happened to Mark Houck and his family.

Paramilitaries are a feature in the tinpot dictatorships Trump admires.

This is that stupid.

Cool story. Mark Houck received due process. Care to comment on the systematic systematic deprivation of rights being carried out by this administration or you just here to deflect from the crimes being committed by your government?

Mark Houck and his family suffered a pre dawn raid very much like this family.

As far as deportations go, Biden brought them in to the tune of over a million per year with minimal vetting. Often letting and even facilitating entry by the hordes. Yet to remove any of them you people think each and every one must be afforded no less than 5 appearances before a judge before they can be removed.

Also, y'all love to conflate being charged with a crime and being deported. The 2 are not the same.

Actually, those are questions deserving an answer. Yes. I don't know anything about this particular family but I can't imagine a scenario where this level of brute force is necessary to apprehend this man. The only scenario is if he was considered extremely dangerous. But that doesn't sound like it's the case. Same with Mark Houck. If I recall correctly, his attorney reached out to the feds and told them of they were planning to arrest Houck, he'd willingly turn himself in.

These bounty hunters and member of ICE have nothing to fear as they're only going after law abiding members of the community.

In other news Sharia law comes to America:

Parents set up an arranged marriage for their daughter in Iraq - were gonna ship her over.
She goes to a school guidance counselor, who gets her into a youth shelter. Her parents then attack (honor killing attempt) her for violating their "honor."
Then it becomes a court case in Washington State, a battle over conflicting and incompatible social norms.

Ihsan Ali, 44, and Zahraa Subhi Mohsin Ali, 40, face charges of attempted murder and after the father tries to choke his 17 daughter to death because she refused to be sent to Iraq for an arranged marriage to an older man

The girl fled to Timberline High School in Lacey, Washington.

When the Constitution says "All persons", what is your definition?

I mean, it seems clear to everyone else, but you've obviously got a different definition.

You're up. What does that phrase mean to you?

People who are here illegally can avoid this all together by self deporting. Next time apply to come through the front door.

#31 | Posted by lfthndthrds at 2025-08-01 03:48 PM

So to be perfectly clear. Even maga maroons agree that the federal government owes every family terrorized like this $43 million dollars in compensation for the damage and mental anguish being perpetrated by the federal government.

You keep saying that.

Tell us what's different about being charged with a crime and being deported, with respect to Fourteenth Amendment protections that people have against loss of liberty.

You can't.

You're too weak.

#35 | Posted by snoofy at 2025-08-01 04:14 PM

Just to be clear Jeff is advocating for a dictatorship

When someone can detain you and deport you without you having any ability to dispute the claims being made IS authoritarianism. The last time this was actually legal in western civilization was the 13th century

Even the nazis had courts to put a panacea of independence and legitimacy on their terror

On just the most basic level it is important to verify a person's identity or legal status

How do you know he was here legally? The article says he has a court date but it could very well be that he was a catch and release under the Biden disaster.

If you don't have legal permission to be in this country the safest thing to do is go back and apply.

Hey, dipstick. If there were an application of Sharia law in this matter the parents would not have been charged. Yet, while acquitted of attempted murder the dad was convicted of 2nd and 4th degree assault and false imprisonment and the mom of violation of a protective order. www.fox13seattle.com

Pro tip, stop posting about legal matters because you don't have a clue about the subject.
