I can see Trump going after organizations like the ACLU or the SPLC, to say nothing of private universities and perhaps even religious organizations, like a Mosque or a Temple.

Putin did the same thing, but after awhile Russian courts were so totally in Putin's control he didn't have to pretend anything at all to anyone. He was Deal Leader and that was that.
