I am no financial genius but even I would know to check on Trump's history in grifting in the financial world, his astoundingly perverted cheeriness at bankrupting companies as he takes too much of their assets into his financial stream. One does wonder if there really will be a trial...discovery would be a nightmare for those who set up the adventure that cost him so much.

Trump is the best at being the worst, he has gotten his idiot gang so willing to betray America that they sit still for in their face grifters like Jared. Soon there will be primary elections across the nation..one hopes the Republican Party is paid back for their cooperation with the devil.

Maybe you make America healthy by passing National Health Care, by not cutting Snap food benefits, by increasing funding for housing and along the way increase taxes on those who are deliberately electing people like Trump because he is will on his way to murdering SS.

It is like having Al Capone as your President and finding out that to make sure he was never arrested himself , top people in the FBI and all other federal investigators were fired if they even thought of investigating Trump, or rather, Capone.

To be so Anti Science in the face of clear evidence that vaccines save lives, that Covid vaccines save lives, that measles is a great danger...well, it is itself clear evidence that Trump cares about votes over lives.

Trump, if allowed, will bankrupt this nation the same way he bankrupted those casinos...and he will demand millions or billions to simply go away, as he did when the casinos went bankrupt.

In some many places, in so many ways, in plain sight, the grift continues as it did in the falling Soviet Union, until that Empire was bankrupt and without a sense of unity, until the senility gave way to the gangsters of present day Russia. Ask yourself, why did the US invest huge amounts in Battleships...ordered by Trump, Battleships that were obsolete at the start of...WWII.

I would phrase this diminution of American influence differently.
Americans voted in a Russian asset to its highest office, twice, and along the way that asset has weakened our Constitutional Republic to the point it just may fall, as the Soviet Union fell, as Russian democracy fell to the gangsters.
Sure, a time of mourning, a time to preserve our pride by speaking out, and voting, knowing all the while that almost none of us get to vote where and when it matters, in the huge corporate boardrooms that first delighted in offshoring American jobs, and now is delighting in turning the American workforce as just an army of robots and software pretend people.

AI, and especially Anthropic, shows just how powerless we are to run our country for our good, rather than the good of a few super rich people. AI will unite with already robotics to make much of what humans do something that AI/robots can to for corporate profit. That profit will take from the poor and give to the rich, those who can invest a lot in companies that, from the start, are about making pretend humans, AI, more human than humans.
AI, at least to my way of seeing, is the alien invasion we have been fearing for many years.

This morning I would counsel patience. What America is going through, an attack from a small part of its core against the basic concepts of American government, by those who prefer some sort of authoritarian fascist daddy "dear leader", well, this is an inevitability for all countries to suffer through. Canada, one imagines will have its struggles with the gangsters and if America pulls itself out of this dangerous pit, would be able to help.

Without white power voters, the Trump MAGA gang would be powerless. so sure, this is just dancin' with who brought him to the dance. And, of course, Trump and his gang want the names and addresses of the informants.

Yeah well, if there really were a great and powerful Oz...sorry, God, I would look for a pile of dust where once Trump stood, about five minutes after he starts repeating "holy words".

Somewhere around 2045, America will transition from a white majority country to one where we whites are just another minority...and coalitions will have to exist and work. I would expect as that time comes closer more and more racial fear will result in at least some areas trying to revert to some sort of apartheid for America. You know, what Trump and his gang are about.

Most people don't have access to the truth when it comes to Israeli apartheid and the genocide it is perpetrating in the Occupied Territories. Just as the Jews in the Warsaw Ghetto were hemmed in by fascist walls and bullets, are the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza imprisoned by American bombs and bullets.

Doesn't matter...the Republican Party is without qualms when it comes to having perverse or insane or ignorant leaders...if they are all in on end stage capitalism where a few own it all and the rest of us are cowed and mewling applicants for whatever scraps might fall from the tables of the rich.

And once again I am quite grateful for my embracing...atheism. We all live in the same reality, and it isn't fundamentalist anything but physics.
